PRPLife Survey Terms and Conditions

Welcome to PRPLife. Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before participating in our survey program. By participating in the program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “participant”) and PRPLife (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Overview

We at PRPLife are conducting a survey to help us gather data and an in-depth understanding of investment and investor behaviour and offering benefits to marketers who refer participants to the survey. Marketers will receive £10 for each successful referral, and referred participants will be eligible for a £1,000 contract under a trial plan. 

This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the referral program, including eligibility, benefits, KYC requirements, payment conditions, and more.

1.1 Purpose

The purpose of the PRPLife survey program is to gather valuable data through survey participation while rewarding marketers for their referrals and providing a trial plan for referred participants. The information collected from the survey will be used to improve our services, understand market trends, and enhance customer satisfaction.

1.2 Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the PRPLife survey program, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not participate in the program. These Terms apply to all participants in the Survey program, including marketers and referred participants.

1.3 Definitions

• Marketer: An individual who refers participants to the PRPLife survey.
• Referred Participant: An individual who is referred by a marketer and participates in the PRPLife survey.
• KYC Documentation: Know Your Customer documents required for identity verification.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Marketer Eligibility

• Marketers must be at least 25 years of age to participate in the survey and referral program.
• Marketers must have an active account with PRPLife.
• PRPLife reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any marketer.
• Marketers must provide valid KYC documentation as specified by PRPLife.
• Marketers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

2.2 Participant Eligibility

• Referred participants must be at least 25 years of age.
• Participants must provide valid KYC documentation as specified by PRPLife.
• Participants must complete the survey as required by PRPLife.
• Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

3. Referral Program

3.1 Marketer Benefits

• Marketers will receive a payment of £10 for each referral who successfully participates in the survey.
• Payments are contingent upon the referred participant’s successful approval of their KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation.
• Marketers are responsible for ensuring that their referred participants comply with the program requirements.
• PRPLife reserves the right to modify or cancel the benefits provided to marketers at any time.

3.2 Referred Participant Benefits

• Referred participants will receive a £1,000 contract under a 30-day trial plan.
• During the 30-day trial period, participants can only withdraw the profits accrued from the £1,000 contract at the end of the trial period.
• Participants must open an active contract either during or after the 30-day trial period to access the benefits. Failure to do so will result in loss of access to the funds.
• PRPLife reserves the right to modify or cancel the benefits provided to referred participants at any time.

3.3 Trial Plan Conditions

• The trial plan is designed to allow participants to experience the benefits of an active contract without any initial financial commitment.
• Participants will not receive the benefits of the trial plan if they do not activate a full contract by the end of the 30-day period.
• The trial plan is subject to PRPLife’s standard terms and conditions for active contracts.
• Participants must adhere to all terms and conditions related to the trial plan to be eligible for the benefits.

3.4 Referral Process

• Marketers must provide accurate and truthful information when referring participants.
• Referred participants must use the referral link or code provided by the marketer to participate in the survey.
• PRPLife reserves the right to reject any referral that does not comply with these Terms.

4. KYC Documentation

4.1 Requirements

• All referred participants must provide two forms of KYC identification for verification purposes.
• Acceptable forms of KYC identification include, but are not limited to, government-issued ID, passport, and bank statements.
• Participants must ensure that the provided documents are valid, accurate, and up-to-date.
• PRPLife reserves the right to request additional documentation if necessary.

4.2 Vetting Process

• PRPLife reserves the right to reject any KYC documentation that does not meet our standards.
• The approval of KYC documents and the granting of benefits are at the sole discretion of PRPLife.
• PRPLife will notify participants if their KYC documentation is not approved.
• If KYC documentation is not approved within three days, the account in question will be deleted.
• PRPLife will not be held liable for any accounts that are terminated or not approved due to issues with the KYC documentation provided.

4.3 Privacy and Security

• PRPLife is committed to protecting the privacy and security of participants’ personal information.
• KYC documentation will be stored securely and used solely for verification purposes.
• Participants’ personal information will not be shared with third parties without their consent, except as required by law.
• Participants have the right to access, correct, and delete their personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

4.4 Document Submission

• Participants must submit KYC documentation through the PRPLife secure upload portal.
• Documents submitted via email or other unsecured methods will not be accepted.
• Participants are responsible for ensuring that their documents are legible and free from alterations.

5. Payment and Cancellation

5.1 Payment Conditions

• PRPLife reserves the right to cancel or withhold payment to marketers if the referred participant’s KYC documentation is not approved or for any other reason which will be communicated to the marketer or participant.
• Marketers will not receive payments for referrals that do not pass the KYC vetting process.
• Payments will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after the referred participant’s successful completion of the survey and             approval of their KYC documentation.
• Marketers are responsible for providing accurate payment/Wallet information to PRPLife.
• PRPLife is not responsible for any delays or errors in payment processing due to incorrect information provided by the marketer.

5.2 Payment Methods

• Payments will be made via Cryptocurrency.
• Marketers must select their preferred Cryptocurrency and provide the necessary Wallet details during registration.
• PRPLife reserves the right to change the available payment methods at any time.    

5.3 Cancellation Rights

• PRPLife reserves the right to cancel or terminate any account at its sole discretion.
• Accounts may be cancelled or terminated for reasons including, but not limited to, non-compliance with these Terms, fraudulent activity,         or failure to provide valid KYC documentation.
• PRPLife will notify participants if their account is cancelled or terminated.
• Cancellation or termination of an account will result in the forfeiture of any unpaid benefits.

5.4 Refunds

• No refunds will be issued for any payments made to marketers or participants unless required by law.
• PRPLife reserves the right to issue refunds at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to PRPLife customer support.

5.5 Account Deletion

• Accounts that fail to provide valid KYC documentation within three days will be deleted.
• Deleted accounts cannot be recovered, and participants will lose access to any benefits associated with the account.
• Participants may reapply for the referral program with a new account, subject to these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 General Liability

• PRPLife shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the referral         program.
• PRPLife’s liability to any marketer or participant is limited to the amount of direct damages actually incurred.
• PRPLife is not responsible for any loss of data, profits, or revenue resulting from participation in the referral program.

6.2 KYC Documentation

• PRPLife is not responsible for any issues arising from the provision of inaccurate or invalid KYC documentation by participants.
• Participants are solely responsible for ensuring that their KYC documentation meets PRPLife’s standards.
• PRPLife will not be liable for any damages resulting from the rejection or non-approval of KYC documentation.

6.3 Program Changes

• PRPLife reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without notice.
• PRPLife shall not be liable for any losses incurred by marketers or participants as a result of program changes.
• Participants will be notified of any significant changes to the program via email or through the PRPLife website.

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1 Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States.
• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The United States.

7.2 Dispute Resolution Process

• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties.
• If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through negotiations, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of The United States.
• The arbitration shall be conducted in The United States.

7.3 Arbitration

• The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding on the parties.
• The parties shall bear their own costs and expenses of arbitration.
• The arbitrator shall have no authority to award punitive or exemplary damages.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1 Amendments

• PRPLife reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
• Participants will be notified of any amendments via email or through the PRPLife website.
• Continued participation in the referral program constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

8.2 Severability

• If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid and enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the         original provision.

8.3 Waiver

• PRPLife’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
• No waiver shall be effective unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of PRPLife.

8.4 Entire Agreement

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Survey program.
• These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and representations, whether oral or written.
